Life

Named as an administrator of Henry Boughton, Gentleman, in a suit of debt in 1521.1 Mentioned in a 1531 common pleas suit of debt "against John Yerdlay, late of Asshe in the aforesaid county, walker, and Margaret his wife, executrix of the will of John Isham of Assheowe in the aforesaid county, yeoman."2 The second suit is evidence that John was married to Margaret, and that John died before 1531.2
