Mary Isham

Life

Mary Isham, daughter of John Isham and Jane Parker, was born at Barnstable, Massachusetts, in June 1697; the town records give the year as 1687, ten years too early.1 She married Deacon Abel Crocker at Barnstable on 16 April 1718, the record spelling her name Isum.2,3

Barnstable christening records name Abel Crocker and Mary as parents of Rebekah (1719), Daniel (1722), Eleazer (1725), Mary (1727), Elijah (1729), Sarah (1733) and Joseph (1737).4,5,6,7,8,9,10

She died at Carver, Massachusetts, on 5 November 1782, aged about eighty-five.?
