Joseph Isham
1703–1798
Life
Joseph Isham, youngest son of John Isham and Jane Parker, was born at Barnstable, Massachusetts, about 1703. The town records name him among his parents' children without a date.1 His father's will of 1713 left him six acres of the home lot and other lands, and directed that he live at home until he was fourteen and then be put to a trade.?
He married Susannah Swift at Sandwich, Massachusetts, on 11 December 1730.2,3,4,5 He died at Colchester, Connecticut, on 20 January 1798.6,7
